This Privacy Policy describes how Ethos Digital Sàrl collects, uses, and protects your personal data in connection with the GEO Mix mobile application.

1. Data Collected

The Application operates without requiring an account and does not collect any personally identifiable information. The only data stored is kept locally on your device:

  • Player profile: first name (or nickname) chosen by the user, selected character.
  • Progress: scores, passport stamps, game completion percentage.
  • Preferences: language, sounds, vibration, voice, expert mode.
  • Free trial: date of the first launch of the Application (used to calculate the 7-day trial period).
  • Purchase status: premium status indicator (yes/no), without any payment details.

This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any server.

2. In-App Purchases

The Application offers in-app purchases (annual subscription and lifetime purchase) managed exclusively by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not have access to your payment information (credit card number, account credentials). Payment processing is subject to the respective privacy policies of Apple and Google.

3. Third-Party Services

The Application does not integrate any third-party data collection services: no analytics tools, no advertising networks, and no tracking systems.

4. Children’s Data

The Application is an educational geography game intended for a broad audience, including minors. We do not collect any personal data, in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP), the GDPR, and the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

5. Storage and Security

All data is stored locally on your device using the operating system’s SharedPreferences mechanism. Deleting the Application permanently deletes all local data.

6. Your Rights

Since we do not collect any data on our servers, there is no personal data for us to access, modify, or delete. You may reset your local data by uninstalling and reinstalling the Application.

7. Changes

We reserve the right to modify this policy. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
