These Terms of Use (hereinafter « Terms ») govern the use of the GEO Mix mobile application (hereinafter « the Application »), published by Ethos Digital Sàrl, a company registered in Switzerland (hereinafter « the Publisher »).

By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

GEO Mix is an educational geography application offering interactive quizzes, interactive maps, and training modes covering countries, capitals, flags, regions, provinces, and other geographical divisions around the world.

2. Access to the Application

2.1 Free Trial

Upon first launch, the user is granted a 7-day free trial providing full access to all modes and levels of the Application. At the end of this period, the Adventurer and Explorer levels are locked. The Curious level remains accessible for free with no time limit.

2.2 In-App Purchases

To unlock all levels after the trial, two options are available:

Lifetime purchaseCHF 14.90 (one-time payment)

3. Annual Subscription

  • The subscription is billed at the price shown at the time of purchase confirmation.
  • The subscription automatically renews each year unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the same rate.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings.
  • No refund is granted for the remaining portion of the current period after cancellation.

4. Lifetime Purchase

  • The lifetime purchase is a one-time, non-refundable payment that grants permanent access to all features of the Application.
  • This purchase is linked to your Apple or Google account and can be restored on another device using the « Restore Purchases » feature.

5. Restore Purchases

If you change devices or reinstall the Application, you can restore your previous purchases using the « Restore Purchases » button available on the payment page or in the Application settings.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the Application (maps, illustrations, sounds, text, source code) is the exclusive property of the Publisher or its licensors. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided « as is ». The Publisher does not guarantee the absence of geographical errors and shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Application.

8. Personal Data

The use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. In summary, the Application does not collect any personal data and all information is stored locally on your device.

9. Changes

The Publisher reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Vaud, Switzerland.
